IT Director of Order-to-Cash & Logistics

Seagate is hiring a highly experienced SAP Supply Chain leader to be part of our Digital Transformation program leading Order-to-Cash and Logistics Tracks.

Seagate�??s Digital Transformation Program is a greenfield global SAP S/4 implementation aimed to transform/streamline Seagate business processes and enable new business models.

About the role - you will:

• 
  Deliver best in class SAP S/4 based solutions for Order-to-Cash and Logistics tracks
• Define and execute all aspects of project implementation plan related to the Order to Cash and Logistics tracks including resources, budget, design, build, testing, training, change management and deploy
• Own and manage business stakeholder relationship
• Develop and mentor staff

About you:

• 
  Demonstrates thought leader level abilities with proven record of success directing life-cycle SAP greenfield implementation
• Engages with business stakeholders to understand key business goals and provide SAP solution
• Defines project scope and implementation estimates including time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement project, develop project plan incorporating all project variables including risk
• Establishes measurable criteria concerning deliverability, performance, maintenance, design and costs
• Develops and establishes implementation strategy at an application level while managing/mentoring implementation team
• Demonstrates thought leader level knowledge and understanding of SAP S/4 application based Supply Chain solutions with a focus on Order to Cash and Logistics
• Demonstrates thought leader level knowledge in designing, implementing and leading significant tracks on large SAP projects
• Demonstrates thought leader level knowledge with significant experience in the implementation of SAP S/4 and improving business processes
• Demonstrates thought leader level knowledge and a record of success in the common issues facing business
• Identifies and addresses business needs: building, maintaining and utilizing networks of business relationships, communicating value propositions, managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, and prepares and/or coordinates complex written and verbal materials
• Supervises a team to create an atmosphere of trust
• Coaches staff including providing technical guidance, timely meaningful written and verbal feedback
• Develops strategy as well as writes, communicates, facilitates and presents cogently to all levels of business leadership

Your experience includes:

• 
  Designing, building, testing and deploying SAP solution components required for successful integrations to SAP and non-SAP systems
• At least 15 years of SAP implementation experience
• Leading and management of global teams
• Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience, or Master�??s Degree and 8+ years experience, or PHD and 6+ years of experience or equivalent education and experience

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• 
  Consulting experience in one of the big four consulting firms �?? Accenture, Deloitte, PwC or E&Y
• Strong cross functional Supply Chain knowledge

Fremont, USA, Research Center

This position will be working out of our Fremont, CA office and will be expected to be onsite for 50-75% of the time.

The estimated base salary range for this position in the San Francisco Bay Area is: $172,000 - $232,000 annually. Actual salary range is based on the regional labor market of the role in the geography in which the position is located based on the requirements of the job and your skills. This posted salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, and Seagate reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
